I am currently experiencing a terrible flare up! My fast acting inhaler only gives me relief for about an hour. The last time this has happened I was 17 and my folks took me into the emergency room only to dope me up on so many steroids that i was bed ridden for 3 weeks.
While i feel that this paticular flare up is due to my environment (Davis, Ca) in combination with a virus, I feel somewhat locked into my location at the present time even though i wish more than anything to be in the desert or the mountains.
Does anyone have any suggestions for relief other than going to the ER?
