Thus far, I have received very little specialized care from my providers at Kaiser. Despite numerous hospitalizations, I've had more than one crucial prescription over riden by a bureaucracy apparently made up of "extremely rude telephone operators."

My question is this, since acupunture is supposedly covered under Kaiser, will that include herbalist treatment? Are the independent herbalists any better than the ones I will be sent to by Kaiser (in the event they do approve the referral)?

Anyone know anything at all about insurance coverage for acupuncture? Is it true what I have heard that acupuncturists can do herbal remedies as well?
