I woke up this AM with my chest tight and kinda itchy. My peak flow read 420, 400, 400. I'm trying to manage it without using my inhaler. I'm drinking a cup of tea.
Anyway, what are your peakflow readings, green and red? I think my green is around 460, but I'll have to look up my chart.

Re: 420 peakflow
Sat, November 11, 2006 - 11:55 AMso, the combo of being vertical and a nice warm cup of green tea seemed to move most of the crap out of my lunngs without using the Albuterol. My peak flow is almost the same, but I feel a lot better. -

Re: 420 peakflow
Mon, October 8, 2007 - 9:28 PMI've been exercising regularly outdoors lately,
and this seems to both boost my peak flow,
as well as keep my numbers more consistent.
Food seems to be a big factor too.
Cheese especially seems to precede difficult breathing.
Anyone else experience ups / downs in relation to
foods / exercise?
