Sat, March 25, 2006 - 10:24 AMinteresting, i used to have excema as a child and then out grew it into asthama. i have heard that this is typical..i got rid of the ecxema by taking vitamin b and zinc..also my asthma which has been extreme for many years has changed. one i live on the coast (mild climate) and have change my diet condsiderably. (lots of fish, no flours etc, and veg. that grow above ground, not alot of fruit) it has worked.i have been on deaths door a couple of times...i had gone to a chinese medical doctor who helped me.....good luck -

Sun, December 17, 2006 - 5:55 PMposey, you know that cortisone thins out your skin over the years, huh? I've had good success with florasone, a homeopathic alternative. probably you can get it in health food stores. it's great. or apple cider vinegar straight onto the annoyingly itchy area.
